Q: Hey guys, how do I track my order?
A: Well, when your order ships Printfu will e-mail you a link that will take you directly to the shippers website so you can check the progress. We commonly use USPS for art prints and DHL/USPS for T-Shirts.
Q: Um...I need to return/ exchange my shirt.
A: No problem! Go to the contact page and send us an email with either "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line and tell us what's goin on. It'll help if you give us the Order ID as well. That can be found on the invoice on the right hand side.
Q: Hey, when will my order come in?
A: Well that depends. Art Prints take no more than 7 business days to make and send to you. (Unless you live outside of the US. We've seen orders to Canada take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to get there. This is because of border customs.)
If you ordered a SHIRT then it'll take about 14 business days (roughly a bit over 2 weeks) to reach you. We rely on Printful to make our shirts and ship them out so if you're gonna yell at anyone, yell at them. Or message us so we can yell at them for you.
Q: Why do you rely on Printful to make your shirts?
A: Well, Curious George, since we are a small company we rely on drop ship services like Printful to make and ship our items. This way we don't have to order in bulk and lose money if we don't sell them. Unfortunately, the trade off for that means slower shipping times. We ask that you just be a little patient while waiting for your order. Once we can afford to hold in house inventory we will be able to ship to ya much faster.
Q: Yo, my shirt smells like vinegar
A: Yeah, that's a thing that happens because of the printing process. Don't worry, air it out for a day or rinse it.
Q: Can I order a custom work of art?
A: Hell yeah you can! Believe it or not commissioned pieces are our main source of income. Sweet, Sweet fine art tax exemption. Steve-O (No, not the jackass Steve-O) handles all of the portrait artwork. He can draw anyone you'd like. Q: Do you have a Privacy policy?
A: Yeah, duh. We will never share your information with a third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is us, and the second party is you. So a third party is anyone other than us and you. Basically it's like we are your best friend from third grade and you just told us the most secretest of secrets. It stays between you and us. Pinky promise.
